Our main strength is qualified staff and their experience. Project team is headed by Mr. Rasitha Niroshana who is with 22 years of industry experience. His experience includes working for multinationals such as Unilever Sri Lanka, DNV certification body as a lead auditor. He currently serves as the project Director of Halcyon Pvt Ltd.
Company CEO is also with 15+ industry experience, and she has a MBA from Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM), University of Sri Jayewardenepura. She is a Fellow Member of ACCA and a Sri Lankan prize winner for Financial Management. Her experience includes 12+ years, working for multinational companies.
Our project team is comprised of qualified graduate, they are qualified from various disciplines such as science, management, agriculture, statistics, environment management and marine engineering and they are being personally trained to carry out consultancy projects.
